Roof cleaning & soft washing in Jupiter and Palm Beach County
Removes black algae streaks from tile, shingle and metal roofs without high pressure.
Black streaks on a roof are not just dirt. They are airborne algae (Gloeocapsa magma), and Florida's humidity, rain and heat help them spread. Left alone, they hold moisture against the roof and shorten its life.
We clean roofs by soft washing: a cleaning solution applied at low pressure, left to work, then rinsed gently. It removes algae, mold and buildup without damaging tiles or shingles.
Our soft wash process
- Full roof inspection
- Cleaning solution applied at low pressure
- Dwell time, so the algae is killed at the root
- Gentle rinse, with no high-pressure damage
- Final inspection for full coverage
We never pressure wash a roof. High pressure can crack tiles, strip the protective granules from shingles and void a roof warranty.
We clean tile, shingle, metal and flat roofs, and we protect your plants on every job.

What roof cleaning customers say
We called this company for an estimate. They were very quick to respond! A gentleman named Kevin Stromberg showed up. I have to say he had the most impressive cleaning trailer I've ever seen. His trailer was high-tech. The cleaning job he did was outstanding. Kevin really goes above and beyond what you pay for. Thanks for the great job Kevin!
